I’m a nice woman
Good and bad - I have learned from experience and most people would agree, are just perspectives but rarely have I heard about people being perceived as nice. It has to be a fact all the time.
A nice person never says no, is always available for others, has no priority or ambitions of their own, he/she is just NICE.

Apparently the word nice also creates a mental picture of a woman, somehow when human beings evolved from the monkeys the “being nice” task was handed over to the woman. Men with their testosterone have the liberty to become a little less nice than their female counterparts.
So what nice actually means — I believe it's decided by the onlooker's perception than the subject’s attitude.
On this women’s day I define what NICE means to me ;
N (No-Nonsense) — I (Intellectual) — C (Confident) — E (Eccentric)
If I want to spend my time reading a book I would say no to parties that just kill time, If I need to focus on my work I would say no to meetings that just kill time.
I have a say in my personal choices as much as my partner has and I have a say in my career as much as my counterparts have.
I know my work and I will do it with utmost dedication but if my work is taking my energy and time that I would otherwise have spent with my family then I’m not doing that work for free. I need the compensation!!
My path and approach are not conventional but so isn’t my success — both are eccentric.
I wish we all create an environment for all the men and women in the world to thrive, succeed and be happy. Let go of fear, insecurities, stereotypes, and inhibitions.
HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY, LADIES!!
